Do herbal supplements need registration or licensing to import into Hong Kong?

Answer: General health supplements aren't regulated or registered like pharmaceuticals. However, if they contain controlled Chinese herbs (e.g., from Schedule 1), a DH import license is required—we'll confirm and apply if needed via PLAMMS.
